Libertyville, back when the Des Plaines River wound past Lake Minear and Butler Lake, and Mundelein was the neighbor down the road. This waffle-weave kitchen towel wears a vintage map of Libertyville, Illinois, with Green Oaks, Mettawa, and St. Marys Lake all tucked into the frame. Find your hometown, then hang it somewhere you'll see it every morning.
We print each towel in our studio using dye sublimation, so the map is part of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. The color stays put wash after wash. Your towel will arrive a little stiff from the heat press; one trip through the laundry brings the soft waffle texture right back.
A thoughtful housewarming gift, a small piece of home for someone who moved away, or a way to keep Lake County close while the coffee brews.
