Custom and made-to-order items

Custom pieces are printed just for you, for the town, lake, or place you choose, so they can't be restocked or resold. For that reason, all custom and made-to-order items are final sale and can't be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Every custom listing explains what to expect from a vintage map before you order, and you're always welcome to request a preview in your order notes so you can see the map before we print.

If a custom item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Ready-made items

Non-custom goods (destination-specific products that aren't personalized) can be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused condition. Email us to start a return. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
