Shipping policy

Processing time

Ready-made items ship within 4 to 5 business days. Custom and made-to-order items take 7 to 10 business days to produce before they ship, since each one is printed just for you. If you've requested a map preview, production starts once you approve it, so a quick reply keeps your order on schedule. During the holiday season, allow a few extra days.

Shipping methods and rates

We ship from our studio in Ohio via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You'll receive a tracking number by the email used to place the order as soon as your order ships.

Holiday order deadlines are posted on our homepage each November.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then reach out and we'll help track it down.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. We can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet, but we can't redirect a package once it's in transit.
