This County Galway vintage map glass cutting board carries an early 1900s map of Ireland’s wild west. Galway city sits at the head of Galway Bay with the Aran Islands of Inishmore and Inishmaan offshore, while Connemara spreads west through Oughterard, the Twelve Pins and Clifden to the Atlantic. Lough Corrib and Cong lead north toward Clew Bay, Westport and Croagh Patrick, and Tuam, Athenry, Loughrea and Ballinasloe fill out the east, with Kinvara, Gort and the edge of the Burren to the south. A lovely gift for anyone with Galway roots or a Wild Atlantic Way trip still on their mind.
